THE AGREEMENT OF SERVICE IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT THAT GOVERNS THE RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CUSTOMERS AND USERS AT HOLISTIC COPIA CORE LLC. 

Our purpose is to see customers’ light shine brighter every day. All of our product Descriptions are listed on the website to ensure transparency. However, if you purchase and are unsatisfied with the product, notify us immediately and follow our return policy. 

Return Policy

You are welcome to return any products purchased from Holistic Copia Core LLC, including new and sale items. We do not have a time limit to return your item, but we kindly ask that returns be made on time so we can exchange, refund, or credit back to your account or card.

The returned item must be in its original condition with tags attached. We are happy to accept returns or help you with exchanges. To start the return process, email us at plenty@holisticcopiacore.com with your purchase date, product Description, and card number for your refund. If you are exchanging, let us know which item you are switching. Then, return the product to Holistic at 148 Robinson St, Schenectady, NY 12304.
